Easter 2006
Beret leaves this morning, ending three solid weeks of family help around the house. First Beret and Homer, then my parents, and then Beret again. They took turns cooking, cleaning, changing diapers and holding Silas. Max and Eli were in town this weekend too. They gave me all day Saturday and worked with me up in the loft project. The storage space is almost finished. We put up 90% of the drywall.
Spent Easter eating delicious champagne brunch at Plums, walking around Balboa Island, and soaking up the perfect weather.

i would like to note, for the record, that you all are O-ffish insane for taking the little Rocker on the ferris wheel!! I had a panic attack looking at those pics. That said, it is kind of lovely and romantic at the same time….

and aren’t you really building an “office/lounge” not storage space?
